If the game gets stuck on a black screen after launching it, this may be related to the location of your Windows Documents folder.
The Last of Us Part II Remastered creates a folder in your Documents folder to store save games and log files. If your Documents folder is located on or redirected to a network drive, this may cause issues.
To resolve this, make sure your Windows Documents folder is not located on a network drive. If you do not wish to make changes to your Documents folder, we recommend creating a temporary Windows user with the default Documents folder setup to play the game.
