The game crashes after rescuing Tombstone
We’ve received reports from players using AMD RX 7000 series GPUs that the game may crash during the mission where you rescue Tombstone when using recent AMD drivers.
As a workaround, we recommend reverting to an earlier driver version. Other players have confirmed that the following driver resolved the issue for them: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 25.12.1
The game crashes after an update
If your game crashes after an update, make sure to verify the game files. Also make sure any mods are removed, if you have those installed. If that does not help, please contact support.
As a workaround, you can revert to a previous version of the game on Steam. To do so, right click the game in your library, go to Betas and select previous_version from the dropdown.
Parts of the game are not loading correctly
Problems with loading character models and audio synchronization can be caused by corrupt files, storage device related errors, or installing the game on a hard disk drive or external storage device. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PC requires an SSD. If you encounter loading issues, make sure the game is installed on an SSD and verify the game files.
I'm stuck in 'New Threads'
We are aware of a bug that can occur due to a very high refresh rate. When crawling as Miles on the pipes, the cinematic does not trigger. As a workaround, you can limit your FPS to 60 by using the V-Sync options in Settings -> Display & Graphics -> V-Sync to pass this point.
